ADVICE FOR USE

• Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle

• Insert the nozzle into nostril

• Press briefly for daily hygiene and for a few seconds to irrigate. Let any excess solution run out then blow your nose

• Repeat the operation in the other nostril

• Clean the nostril with soapy water, rinse and dry

• Use 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril as required or needed
