INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Adults and elderly (18 years and above): Take 2 tablets at bedtime when required.

• Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water.

• Typically sufficient to take 2–3 times per week as needed.

• Do not use continuously for more than 1–2 weeks without medical supervision.

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if there is no bowel movement after 3 days.

CAUTIONS

• Not suitable for children under 18 years of age unless directed by a doctor.

• Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting.

• Prolonged use may cause dependence and reduced bowel function.
